Shipping Information

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on major US holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional charges may apply).

We ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands) via standard shipping only. Delivery may take 7–14 business days.

We do not currently ship internationally. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping launches.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information.

You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Order Tracking page or from your Order History.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours at support@occasiastore.com. We'll send a replacement immediately.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers scan ahead. If still missing, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation and reship if needed.
