Print Label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
Pack & Ship
Pack items securely in original packaging and drop off at any carrier location.
Get Your Refund
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.
Return Policy Details
- ✓ Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date.
- ✓ Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- ✓ Free return shipping on all eligible returns — we cover the label.
- ✓ Refund is processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- ✗ Custom/personalized items, opened inflated balloons, and digital downloads are final sale.
- ✗ Items marked as clearance or non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned.
Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, place a new order for the item you want and return the original. We'll refund your return as soon as we receive it. Alternatively, contact us and we can arrange a direct exchange if the item is in stock.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the item.
