Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be in the original packaging with all accessories included
The following items are non-refundable:
- Custom or personalized items
- Opened/inflated balloons
- Clearance items marked as "Final Sale"
- Digital downloads or subscriptions
- Gift cards

Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: Credited back to your card in 2–5 business days
- PayPal: Returned to your PayPal balance within 3–5 business days
- Store Credit: Available immediately in your account
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@occasiastore.com with photos. We will either reship the correct item at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. You do not need to return the item in these cases.
